About the role

We are looking for a motivated Téléopérateur / Téléopératrice to join our customer‑contact team. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and effective assistance while representing our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.
• Advise and assist customers, answering queries accurately.
• Present and promote the company’s services or products.
• Track requests and keep client databases up to date.
• Follow internal scripts and procedures.
• Participate in daily activity reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in a call‑center environment is preferred, but beginners are welcome with training.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French; additional languages are a plus.
• Patience, dynamism, and a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets.
• Basic proficiency with standard computer tools.
