About the role

As a Multichannel Customer Service Advisor, you will join Outsourcia's Tunisia team to support online shoppers through phone and email. You will be the first point of contact, helping users resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience with the company's e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email and ticketing system.
Handle complaints, investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each contact.

Required profile

Strong written and verbal communication skills in French (additional languages a plus).
Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
Customer‑focused attitude with problem‑solving capabilities.
Reliability and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
