Telecommunication Project Coordinator

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Telecommunication Project Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end project activities, track milestones, and ensure smooth collaboration across stakeholders. You will support financial tracking, procurement, and risk management while maintaining clear reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage E2E NDPd tool activities and update rollout milestones.
• Plan and organize project schedules to guarantee timely delivery.
• Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Monitor deliverables and produce regular status reports for all levels.
• Handle financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support procurement processes, including purchase orders, work orders, and billing.
• Track supplier purchase orders from creation to receipt in coordination with logistics.
• Implement project‑management best practices and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Manage change requests and enforce change‑control procedures.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation or alternative solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination within telecom.
• Strong reporting, organization, planning, and risk‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the NDPd tool or similar project management software.
