About the role
TTS is seeking a Senior Technician or a graduate with a Master’s degree in Electromechanical or Industrial Engineering to strengthen its technical team in Monastir. The position focuses on technical supervision of equipment and installations, participation in preventive and corrective maintenance, and driving continuous improvement of production and maintenance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the technical performance of all equipment and plant installations.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and respond to corrective maintenance needs.
- Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives in production and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety standards and internal procedures.
Required profile
- Higher education degree (Technicien Supérieur) or Master’s in Electromechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong technical background in equipment and installation management.
- Ability to work according to quality, safety and procedural standards.
- Motivation to contribute to continuous improvement projects.
