Technical Support Specialist - English & French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for Medius customers using our cloud‑based spend management platform. The role combines troubleshooting, product guidance and bilingual communication in English and French to help clients of all sizes adopt and optimise our AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical assistance via phone, email and chat, diagnosing and resolving issues related to the Medius spend management suite.
• Guide customers through product features, configuration settings and best‑practice workflows.
• Escalate complex cases to higher‑level support or development teams while maintaining clear communication with the client.
• Document incidents, solutions and knowledge‑base articles in both English and French.
• Collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.
