Product Manager

About the role

WiseShare is looking for a Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end development of its secure document‑sharing SaaS platform. Reporting to the CTO, you will shape the roadmap, drive market research, lead UX/UI design, and ensure quality before each release.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap across web, mobile and external recipient experiences.
• Run market and customer research, competitive analysis, and contribute to pricing and packaging decisions.
• Lead UX/UI design in Figma, create wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and maintain a consistent design system.
• Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and manage backlog grooming and sprint planning with engineering.
• Define and track product KPIs (activation, conversion, engagement, retention) and use data‑driven decisions.
• Own functional QA: write test plans, run exploratory and regression testing, validate releases and manage bug prioritisation.
• Act as escalation point for functional customer issues, maintain knowledge base and in‑app onboarding content.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably on a B2B SaaS product.
• Proven ability to own a roadmap and deliver with an agile engineering team (Scrum/Kanban, Jira).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with product analytics to turn data into decisions.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on UX/UI design with Figma (wireframes, prototypes, design systems).
• Functional QA experience: test plans, acceptance testing, regression and release validation.
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication (SSO, roles) and cloud constraints.
• Familiarity with modern stack: React, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Keycloak, Docker, AWS.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Postman.
