About the role
We are looking for a German‑speaking Technical Support specialist to assist customers of a renewable‑energy company. The role involves handling technical queries, diagnosing issues and supporting the commissioning and operation of PV inverters and home storage systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical service to customers via phone and email.
- Analyze and identify error patterns in renewable‑energy equipment.
- Support commissioning and ongoing operation of PV inverters and home batteries.
- Track and document cases in a ticketing system.
- Order spare parts when necessary.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or electrotechnical field.
- General understanding of electrotechnical concepts such as voltage and current.
- Very good German language skills; English is a plus.
- Good communication, positive attitude, team spirit and quality awareness.
Required skills
- Proficiency in German (technical language).
- Basic English proficiency.
- Knowledge of electrotechnical principles (voltage, current).
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Ability to order spare parts.
