Support Operations Officer (French/English)

About the role

The Support Operations Officer provides central operational support for country operations, acting as the main point of contact for partners and customers. You will ensure proper implementation and use of Free2move systems, contribute to network development, and support global expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Train partners on Free2move tools, prepare newsletters and communications, and coach them to boost deployment.
• Analyze partner KPIs, provide actionable recommendations, and create/update training materials.
• Inform partners about new products/services such as Automatic Renting & Connected Cars.
• Support economic performance, collaborate on process optimisation and automation, and manage assigned projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Management, Languages or equivalent.
• Experience in operations, training, business development, project management or customer support.
• Strong motivation, integrity, critical thinking and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Excel.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Airtable and Mailchimp (preferred).
• Technical aptitude, strong analytical skills and interest in IT and automation.
