Team Leader Warehouse Management

About the role

LEONI, a global leader in automotive wiring systems, is seeking a Team Leader for Warehouse Management in Mateur, Tunisia. You will oversee the entire warehouse operation, ensuring efficient handling of raw materials, semi‑finished and finished goods while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Warehouse Management unit, meeting defined objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure completeness of all warehouse activities: unloading, reception, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading and shipping.
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports, defining objectives, monitoring performance and identifying training needs.
• Drive continuous improvement, governance adherence, and process execution across the warehouse.

Required profile

• University degree in Technical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry and at least 2 years as a warehouse manager.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication and change‑management skills.
