Lead Specialist Logistics Governance, Standards and Reporting

About the role

The Lead Specialist will ensure the implementation of Value Chain Management (VCM) logistics standards across the country organization, provide training and technical support, and drive inventory optimisation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement VCM standards and train country teams on related processes and tools.
• Support logistics assessments, monitor adherence to standards and manage the central learning platform.
• Monitor, analyse and report country inventories, coordinate budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead inventory reduction workshops, share best practices and organise root‑cause analysis for KPI deviations.
• Coordinate the material committee focusing on accuracy, excess and obsolete inventory.

Required profile

• Engineer degree in Industrial, Logistics or Technical Engineering, or a Master in Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity and change‑management skills.
