Team Leader Communication (French & English)

About the role

VEO Worldwide Services is looking for a Team Leader Communication to head a creative team in Sousse. You will act as the main bridge between the client and internal stakeholders, ensuring high‑impact communication and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach and develop a team of communication professionals.
• Plan, organise and monitor daily production to guarantee quality, productivity and on‑time delivery.
• Manage team workload, weekly planning and allocate resources according to business priorities.
• Guide designers and specialists on complex creative projects and validate deliverables before client submission.
• Act as the primary contact for operational communication topics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead client briefings, analyse activity reports and propose improvement actions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and training plans.
• Contribute to employer branding, internal communication initiatives and produce engaging content for social media and corporate channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communication, marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams.
• Proven track record coordinating projects and interacting with stakeholders.
• Fluent in French (C1) and English (C1).

Required skills

• Strong project and production management abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Photoshop or the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working with KPIs and reporting.
