Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

Enovis is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Sfax, Tunisia. You will partner with business leaders and HR to drive recruitment across multiple functions, supporting the company’s mission to deliver innovative medical technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with leaders, hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs.
• Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent through job boards, social media, industry networks and referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews and reference checks.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to refine talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate on offer preparation and negotiate compensation packages.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and use metrics to improve processes.
• Lead ad‑hoc talent projects for internal and external customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
