About the role
This summer internship focuses on supporting Medius' recruitment activities while strengthening its employer brand on social media. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth candidate experience and help create engaging content that showcases the company culture.
Key responsibilities
- Screen CVs and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Support the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Create, publish, and manage social media content, primarily on LinkedIn.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal engagement activities.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment‑related administrative tasks.
- Develop and execute a 2‑month social media content plan aimed at increasing engagement and attracting potential candidates.
Required profile
- Current studies in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in employer branding and recruitment support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational ability and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for content publishing.
