Summer Internship – Employer Branding & Recruitment Support

About the role

This summer internship focuses on supporting Medius' recruitment activities while strengthening its employer brand on social media. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth candidate experience and help create engaging content that showcases the company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Screen CVs and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Support the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Create, publish, and manage social media content, primarily on LinkedIn.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal engagement activities.
• Assist the HR team with recruitment‑related administrative tasks.
• Develop and execute a 2‑month social media content plan aimed at increasing engagement and attracting potential candidates.

Required profile

• Current studies in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in employer branding and recruitment support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for content publishing.
