Payroll Specialist – Sfax, Tunisia

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its Sfax, Tunisia payroll team. The role will support centralized payroll processing for DJO Tunisia using Sage payroll software and Workday HRMS, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll execution each month.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll and related activities, including wage and overtime calculations, deductions, bonus runs, employee allowances and separation payments.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and protect payroll operations.
• Ensure compliance with Tunisian labour laws and support legislative changes.
• Review time‑and‑attendance records and verify accurate timekeeping.
• Balance earnings and deduction totals, prepare general‑ledger entries and validate system outputs.
• Perform analysis and reconciliation of payroll data to support finance.
• Identify and resolve out‑of‑balance conditions and coordinate with HR, treasury and finance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payroll processing for a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Tunisia labour regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Analytical mindset with strong reconciliation skills.
• Effective communication and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
