Strategy & Program Delivery Lead (TN & LY)

About the role

Philip Morris International is looking for a Strategy & Program Delivery Lead to join its team in Tunisia, based in Tunis. The role drives the strategy cycle, supports market strategy and strategic planning, and leads projects addressing critical business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the strategy cycle for the Long-Range Plan (LRP), Operating Budget (OB) and Must-Win Battles, and coordinate the link to commercial plans.
• Support market strategy and coordinate global and regional strategic planning cycles, and prioritize resource allocation.
• Lead projects with tight timelines and dedicated resources, partnering with Commercial teams on ROI, investment decisions and metrics.
• Set market OGSMs and cascade KPIs, and support implementation of strategic initiatives through quarterly reviews.
• Prepare budget and strategy presentations, facilitate strategy workshops, and present findings to management and regional stakeholders.
• Provide data-backed business risk and benefit analysis, assess competitive financial performance, and communicate strategy internally.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business, Finance, Strategy or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting or a similar field.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
