Strategy and Management Consultant

About the role

As a Strategy and Management Consultant you will join a diverse, motivated team working on a variety of client projects covering strategy definition, process re‑engineering, operations optimisation and systems implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full consulting life‑cycle: data gathering, analysis, solution development, recommendation generation, presentation of results and implementation support.
• Assist in delivering project work on client sites across sectors such as supply chain, finance, corporate finance, facility management, IT advisory, sales and marketing.
• Help draft business proposals and client‑facing materials.

Required profile

• Graduate of an engineering or business school (e.g., Polytechnique, ENIT, TBS, Grande École, etc.).
• Prior experience in a consulting organisation is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills in both English and Arabic.
