Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

Hydatis, a French‑Tunisian IT services company, is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to protect client systems and data across France, Europe and Africa. The role works in a hybrid setting together with colleagues in France.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans and penetration tests.
• Monitor systems and networks for security incidents and respond to alerts.
• Implement and maintain security controls such as firewalls, IAM and endpoint protection.
• Support clients in meeting security compliance standards and best practices.
• Produce clear security reports and recommendations.

Required profile

• Experience in cybersecurity (SOC, penetration testing or security engineering).
• Knowledge of security frameworks and tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners).
• Familiarity with AI‑powered security and threat‑detection tools and comfortable using AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, Security+) are a plus.
