About the role
Hydatis is seeking a Backend Developer to design and build robust, scalable services for its Java ecosystem, working closely with France‑based colleagues in a hybrid setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java, Spring and Spring Boot.
- Design database schemas, optimise queries for relational or NoSQL databases, and contribute to microservices architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while writing efficient, well‑tested, maintainable code.
Required profile
- Solid experience with Java and the Spring / Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Good understanding of API design, SQL and unit testing (JUnit).
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools and comfortable using AI coding assistants as part of daily workflow.
