À propos du poste
Inetum, leader européen des services numériques présent en Tunisie, propose un stage de consultant technique CRM D365. Le stagiaire s'intègre à un projet d'intégration et d'automatisation des échanges entre le portail Support, Microsoft Dynamics 365 et Azure DevOps.
Missions principales
- Développer et mettre en place un portail de support centralisant la gestion des demandes utilisateurs et le suivi des incidents.
- Installer, configurer et intégrer les microservices Dynamics 365 afin de garantir l'interopérabilité des applications métiers.
- Assurer l'intégration du portail de support avec Azure DevOps pour le suivi des tickets, la gestion des développements et l'automatisation des workflows.
- Concevoir et intégrer un chatbot au portail de support pour améliorer l'assistance utilisateur et automatiser le traitement des demandes récurrentes.
Profil recherché
- Élève ingénieur (Bac+5).
- Formation en génie logiciel.
