Specialist Production Engineer Designer MMC - SST

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Specialist Production Engineer Designer for MMC – SST to ensure design integrity, process flow, and material handling within its production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure MMC design and implement process and material flow, including detailed process steps.
• Create and maintain work instructions, production manuals, and visualizations according to QM documentation.
• Identify new materials, components, and parts based on technical drawings.
• Manage and implement technical changes, analyzing PCN documents and executing updates.
• Prepare process documentation such as technical drawings, customer requirement analyses, and compliance with norms and standards.
• Produce documentation for stock takes, sample production, and spare parts.
• Support process optimization through Product FMEA, evaluation matrices, and improvement projects.
• Assist production planning based on forecasts and orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Materials Science, Mechatronics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical design, preferably in test modules or industrial equipment development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer‑aided design (CAD) software, specifically SolidWorks.
