Specialist People Development, Leadership & Culture

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Specialist in People Development, Leadership & Culture to support talent management, learning, and cultural initiatives across its Tunisian operations. The role will work closely with HR and site management to design, implement and monitor development programs aligned with LEONI values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide internal advice, create concepts and promote implementation of talent management, learning, and cultural development activities.
• Support HR and site management in the annual talent management cycle, including employee development conversations, performance conferences and succession planning.
• Design, implement and monitor country‑specific development and talent initiatives, collaborating with leaders and using relevant IT tools.
• Develop and manage local learning offers and programs, maintain the national training catalog and support the global LMS.
• Assess local learning needs, create annual training plans and coordinate external training providers.
• Assist in global and local employee surveys, consolidate results and support follow‑up actions.
• Advise and steer cultural development activities to reinforce LEONI values.
• Monitor quality of activities, report key figures and contribute to employee retention concepts.
• Communicate regularly with the Global People Development team and support cross‑country projects.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English (C1) and French.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent management, learning or HR development.
• Strong communication and intercultural sensitivity.
• Ability to manage change, stay result‑oriented and motivated.
• Self‑organization, conflict management and teamwork skills.
