Specialist, Customer CARE Portuguese

About the role

VistaPrint is looking for a Portuguese‑speaking Customer CARE Specialist to join its global support team. You will work remotely, providing courteous and professional assistance to small‑business customers through multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email and emerging channels.
• Diagnose issues accurately and deliver solutions following defined procedures.
• Utilise internal systems and resources to resolve requests efficiently.
• Provide information and support to both external and internal customers.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings and communications to aid team objectives.
• Handle additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written Portuguese communication skills.
• Friendly, insightful attitude with a strong interest in eCommerce, marketing, print and design.
• Good computer literacy to interact with customers across all channels.
• Experience with graphic design or photo‑imaging software is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Computer skills for multi‑channel support.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) – optional.
