Spa Attendant

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and standards of its spa facilities at its beachfront resort in Tunis, Tunisia. The role involves preparing the spa areas, locker rooms, workout zones, tennis and games rooms, and delivering exceptional hospitality to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain spa areas, including refreshments, locker rooms, workout zones, tennis courts, pre‑treatment area and games room.
• Ensure all spa and fitness spaces meet Four Seasons’ cleanliness and service standards.
• Interact with guests professionally, handle special requests, resolve complaints and answer inquiries related to spa services.
• Assist guests to their appointments and coordinate with team members.
• Work collaboratively with co‑workers and supervisors to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in hospitality, fitness, health‑club or related environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of spa and fitness facility operations.
