Solution Architect

About the role

Vneuron is seeking a Solution Architect to design and guide end‑to‑end solutions for its RegTech platform, Reis RCS. You will work closely with engineering teams, project managers and stakeholders to ensure robust, high‑performance architectures that meet compliance and financial‑crime‑prevention requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and recommend comprehensive solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze, debug, and optimize the performance of deployed solutions.
• Define, document, and promote architectural best practices and standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate technical decisions effectively to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, project delivery, and technical leadership.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Decision‑making, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Java and Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
• Frontend technologies (Angular, JavaScript).
• Elasticsearch.
• PostgreSQL.
• Cloud‑based solution delivery.
• Modern software engineering principles.
• Comfort with AI tools for architecture design and performance analysis.
