Software Project Manager

About the role

Vneuron is a leading RegTech company seeking a Software Project Manager to drive the delivery of its advanced compliance solutions. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure agile best practices, and deliver high‑quality software that meets customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project milestones, workstreams, and delivery plans.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment.
• Establish and maintain Agile project practices.
• Understand customer needs and propose optimal solutions within constraints.
• Estimate budgets, resources, timelines, and manage project risks.
• Participate in Proof of Concept (POC) activities when required.
• Track project progress, KPIs, and deliver regular status reports.
• Ensure on‑time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with a solid understanding of software development.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master in an IT environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• PMP (PMI) and/or Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and CMMi is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support project planning, risk management, reporting, forecasting, and productivity improvement.
