Server – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our Food & Beverage team at a Marriott property in Tunis. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests according to event type and service standards.
• Set tables, answer menu questions, and communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Record orders in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies while providing courteous service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related food‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS POS system.
