Senior Technical Service Advisor (French)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a Senior Technical Service Advisor with French language expertise to join its Advanced Services team. The position is onsite, based in an HPE office, and focuses on delivering exceptional post‑sales support and network optimisation for key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for customers on all post‑sales service needs.
• Align with account teams to ensure seamless service sales and delivery.
• Manage case resolution according to SLAs and expedite critical issues across HPE Juniper technical support.
• Provide technical input to accelerate escalated problem resolution.
• Coordinate between customers and HPE Juniper Professional, Advanced, and Education Services.
• Participate in major projects, handling service requirements, risk management, and expectation setting.
• Conduct periodic reviews of service performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in network services and technical support.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple HPE teams and with external partners.
