Senior Systems Administrator

About the role

FIS is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to provide second‑level end‑user computing support for its near‑shore office in Tunisia. You will work closely with the EUC team, infrastructure colleagues and corporate IT projects to ensure a secure, compliant and productive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day EUC support for EMEA near‑shore employees, building strong customer relationships.
• Provision and manage virtual machines, handle hardware asset lifecycle, and maintain accurate inventory.
• Install, patch and upgrade end‑user software, including Windows, macOS, Java and Adobe products.
• Perform security and compliance actions such as Windows patching, endpoint encryption, and administrative privilege management.
• Support networking tasks like VLAN assignment, wireless access, and desk‑phone/soft‑phone configuration.

Required profile

• Solid experience with Windows and macOS desktop environments.
• Hands‑on knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and telecom equipment.
• Ability to document processes, create welcome communications and manage legal hold tracking.
