Senior Sales Closer / SDR - GCC or US

About the role

GlobalSync-Services is an outsourcing and consulting company offering HR solutions to startups, mid-sized companies and large corporations. It is hiring a full-time remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify new business opportunities. The role is open to candidates based in the GCC or the US.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach by calls, emails and social channels to generate leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Research target markets, understand client needs and present the company's HR solutions clearly.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Nurture prospects through the sales funnel and work with sales and marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Meet activity and pipeline goals consistently.

Required profile

• Demonstrated inside sales and sales experience, driving pipeline and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in business development, relationship building and identifying growth opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• GCC experience is a must.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and organisation.

Required skills

• Lead generation: prospecting, outbound outreach and opportunity qualification.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales technology such as email automation and sales engagement tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain HR or B2B service offerings; prior HR services or B2B consulting experience is an advantage.

• Salary package of 800 USD plus commission.
