Account Manager - Merchant Partnerships

About the role

Flouci, a Tunis-based fintech founded in 2020 that makes financial services accessible across Francophone Africa, is hiring an Account Manager. You will own the full commercial relationship with merchants and partners, from onboarding and activation through growth and retention, and act as the voice of the customer internally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of merchant and enterprise accounts and own the commercial relationship end to end
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to track KPIs, surface growth levers and identify upsell opportunities
• Monitor transaction volumes and revenue per account, flag at-risk accounts and build re-engagement plans
• Work with Product, Operations, Finance and Customer Support to resolve partner issues
• Share structured market and product feedback with the internal team

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years in account management, B2B sales or client success; fintech, SaaS, banking or payments experience preferred
• Demonstrated track record of managing and growing a book of business
• Fluent in French, English and Tunisian dialect
• Analytical and autonomous, comfortable with metrics, dashboards and transaction data

Required skills

• CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Experience with Flouci Gateway and related B2B payment solutions
