Senior Process Engineer

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join its Tunis office. You will design and implement process solutions for projects of varying size, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, quality and scope requirements while supporting customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for implementation projects and pre‑projects, delivering detailed process design specifications and drawings.
• Lead scope changes, negotiate variation orders and manage project phases to meet milestones.
• Develop and validate reusable solutions, templates and tools to improve productivity.
• Act as Design Owner, System Platform Owner or Tool Specialist as required.
• Mentor and train colleagues and represent Tetra Pak with customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a senior engineer or equivalent in process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of process technology, installation needs and customer operations.
• Proven ability to develop standards, guidelines, tools and methods for process design.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
