Senior KPO / Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Senior KPO / Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead and support lean initiatives across its manufacturing site in Megrine, Ben Arous. The role focuses on applying Kaizen tools and lean principles to improve part flow, information flow, and workforce efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate waste in manufacturing processes to enable one‑piece flow.
• Develop and implement lean tools such as 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, mistake‑proofing, quick‑change fixturing, and hands‑free loading/unloading.
• Support and document Kaizen events, providing technical expertise in problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute continuous‑improvement projects from concept to review.
• Travel to other Pursuit sites to lead Kaizen workshops and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Material Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of manufacturing experience with proven success in Kaizen and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of mechanical components, machine design, and building processes.

Required skills

• Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping.
• SolidWorks and Bambu Studio (or other 3D‑printing software).
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
