Senior IT Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our fast‑growing team in Tunisia. Reporting to the CTO and the Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between business users and the IT development team, ensuring that system solutions meet the strategic needs of our luxury‑brand clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope, gather and document requirements, and facilitate business workshops for large initiatives.
• Identify integration points, master‑data, reporting and access needs across departments.
• Produce high‑quality artefacts such as business architecture diagrams, use‑case definitions and as‑is/to‑be process flows.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, set priorities and review daily activities.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert and liaison between product, development and QA teams.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance and defect resolution to meet performance, security and usability standards.
• Provide training and support to end‑users and system support specialists.
• Report progress in an agile environment under the direction of the Product Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead a team of analysts and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience working in agile methodologies.
