PM Officer – Business Intelligence & PMO (H/F)

About the role

Directly supporting operational and project leadership, the PM Officer reports to the CFO and is responsible for structuring, optimizing, and supporting project execution across the organization. The role combines PMO governance, business intelligence development, and process optimisation to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support project managers and cross‑functional teams in implementing PMO methodologies, maintaining risk registers and tracking key milestones.
• Monitor portfolio health using Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) metrics and ensure aligned project execution.
• Design, deploy and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for operational tracking, cost analysis and executive decision‑making.
• Ensure data hygiene and integrity across internal systems and streamline KPIs for actionable analytics.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects, map workflows and rationalise management tools and templates.
• Deliver training and onboarding on project‑management tools and BI solutions for internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4) in Business Intelligence, Finance, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in a PMO, Business Analyst or Project Support role.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); French proficiency is a strong asset.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modelling).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, financial modelling).
• Experience with MS Project and Jira or similar project‑management tools.
