Senior Financial Analyst - Tunisia

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a 360-degree, analytical and hands-on Finance Analyst for its Africa Regional Finance team in Tunisia. The role supports strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and takes part in FP&A projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bi-weekly cash flow forecasts and variance analysis
• Ensure accurate partner invoicing and payments
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and billing
• Answer ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders such as business partners, vendors and banks
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of management and financial reports
• Support the local rollout of new systems, ERPs and process optimisation initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Commercial team on finance topics and join the Finance & Strategy team in business planning and monthly closings
• Collaborate with Global Finance teams (Billing, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounting) and align with the HQ FP&A team
• Lead and take part in finance projects that improve processes and data reliability

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or similar
• 5+ years of experience in a finance role
• Previous experience in finance operations, financial planning and strategy, and in finance project management and systems implementation
• Fluent business English
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and good time management

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Good knowledge of tax regulations, compliance and tax impacts
