About the role
Harvest Group Tunisia is seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst to ensure the reliability, scalability, and quality of its data ecosystem. You will work closely with Data Engineering teams to build and support robust data pipelines, solve complex data challenges, and improve the health of critical data flows.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud‑based data pipelines from diverse sources to storage solutions.
- Develop and standardize reporting and performance tracking tools for U.S. clients.
- Translate data insights into compelling analytical stories for stakeholders.
- Create easy‑to‑use software tools that simplify complex data problems.
- Lead incident investigations, define data standards, and mentor junior team members.
- Drive initiatives that enhance data processes, reliability, and scalability.
Required profile
- Senior‑level professional with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership of data operations and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members.
