Software Engineer II

About the role

Harvest Group is seeking a Software Engineer II to develop and maintain enterprise‑level software solutions that drive measurable business value. This hybrid role supports the Sousse‑based team, with three days remote and two days onsite each week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and enhance existing applications, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and make technical design decisions.
• Write clean, testable code using Test‑Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Engage actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with global teammates.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience designing and implementing software solutions.
