Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (Government)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major government digital transformation program. The role focuses on modernising citizen services, enterprise platforms and workflow automation, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements across multiple government departments.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement discovery sessions.
• Define current (As‑Is) and future (To‑Be) business processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and product owners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support testing, UAT and business validation activities.
• Contribute to automation, service modernisation and overall digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross‑country teams and government stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in digital transformation or large‑scale enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and business process mapping.
• Experience in government or regulated environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural and multi‑country settings.
