AI & Transformation Product & Programme Manager

About the role

Forvis Mazars is seeking an AI & Transformation Product & Programme Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of AI‑driven automation solutions across the firm’s enterprise platforms. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, adoption and continuous improvement, partnering with business leaders, IT, data and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define a multi‑horizon product vision and outcomes‑driven roadmap aligned with firm strategy, including OKRs and prioritisation criteria.
• Lead user research, hypothesis testing (A/B, pilots, MVPs) and translate insights into a well‑sized product backlog.
• Develop integrated programme plans, governance structures and risk‑management processes for AI and transformation initiatives.
• Own the delivery of solutions on Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps and related AI models, ensuring responsible AI principles and regulatory compliance.
• Manage innovation enablement programmes, training, adoption campaigns and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare executive‑level updates, dashboards and board‑level reporting, and model value realisation against OKRs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of product, programme or project management experience delivering digital, AI and enterprise technology solutions at scale.
• Proven ability to shape strategy, prioritise roadmaps and ship outcomes with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform) and modern delivery practices (Agile, dual‑track discovery, DevOps).
• Experience with enterprise‑wide technology rollouts, user adoption programmes and cross‑border collaboration.
• Exposure to applied AI/ML, large language models and responsible AI governance.
