Segment Leader - Wiring Systems

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for power distribution and connectivity in the automotive industry, is looking for a Segment Leader in Sousse. The role manages and supervises a segment organisation unit according to defined objectives and KPIs, leads direct reports and drives continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the segment organisation unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Identify improvement opportunities, offer consulting and contribute to better service delivery
• Take responsibility for standards and governance adherence and process execution
• Lead direct reports and plan regular team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests
• Define objectives, tasks and responsibilities, give clear instructions and monitor and evaluate results
• Identify training and development needs, follow professional development and support the use of new knowledge
• Propose and apply measures to improve team performance, organisational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field such as mechanical or electrical engineering, industrial engineering, quality, supply chain or management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the wiring industry; leadership experience is highly valued
• French and English
• Social competences: communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, target and result orientation, motivation and resilience, self-organisation, conflict management and teamwork
