SAP Advanced Key User – Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an SAP Advanced Key User to join the logistics team at Lear Corporation in Tunisia. The Logistics AKU will ensure the SAP logistics module runs smoothly, support end‑users, and drive continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP logistics improvements and system changes in coordination with IT.
• Define specifications, test enhancements, and support deployments.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of logistics documentation such as labels, ASN, and delivery notes.
• Configure and manage logistics flows in SAP, including planning, scheduling, warehouse, and replenishment.
• Analyze and resolve documentation‑related customer complaints.
• Train key users and end users on SAP logistics processes.
• Lead inventory checks (W2W) and support continuous improvement/Kaizen initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and project management.
• Extensive experience designing or managing ERP systems, mandatory SAP.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, Access, and PowerBI.
• Relevant experience in logistics.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
