Sales Services Administrator

About the role

Join the international Sales Services team at Draexlmaier Automotive Center in Sousse. You will ensure smooth and timely processing of customer orders by managing data across specialized operating systems, supporting both internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain price sheets, entering customer‑specific prices for billing while considering historical and estimated pricing.
• Evaluate, prepare, and compare documents such as invoices, cancellation invoices, and accompanying notices.
• Collaborate on sales projects, coordinating delivery dates and drafting delivery documentation for CKD/series orders.
• Enter customer orders via EDI, resolve EDI errors, and work with sales, production planning, and other departments to implement corrective measures.
• Introduce external contracts and internal orders, and manage host data including order reversals and account assignments.
• Develop material price sheets and promote efficient cross‑departmental collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data‑driven insights.
• Fluent English communication skills.
