Sales Manager – North West Africa

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and sales of ANDRITZ’s Feed & Biofuel (EFB) portfolio across the North West African region. Reporting to the regional head office, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, managing channel partners and ensuring successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth of ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel solutions (plant, equipment, services) in the assigned region.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise sales and profitability.
• Build and manage existing and new channel/agent networks, delivering comprehensive sales and service offerings.
• Achieve and exceed targets and KPIs, while cultivating relationships with key accounts.
• Act as the primary liaison between head office, product development and the local market.
• Prepare quotations, lead negotiations and secure contracts in line with pricing policies.
• Track, analyse and report market opportunities using ANDRITZ CRM and monthly reports.
• Support project execution and order transfer with technical and commercial information.
• Represent ANDRITZ at industry events, conferences and market forums.
• Expand market share across animal feed, aqua & pet food, biomass and waste applications.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development and equipment sales within the target region.
• Strong negotiation and strategic execution abilities.
• Systematic, dynamic work approach with high ethical standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 70 % of the time, nationally and internationally.
• Fluency in English and French (mandatory); Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Knowledge of IoT and ANDRITZ IT tools.
• Understanding of feed equipment and related engineering concepts.
