Sales Executive

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for its beachfront property in Tunis, Tunisia. You will be responsible for developing key markets, building strong client relationships, and positioning the hotel as a premier luxury destination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop assigned leisure, corporate, and group markets to increase revenue.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic sales activities.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts to maximize market share.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through active prospecting.
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel sales or a related commercial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic, analytical, and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
