About the role
Sika AG is seeking a Sales Engineer – Infrastructure to lead its sales team, drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the building and automotive sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting and adjust tactics based on market trends.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and modify plans to maintain continuous progress.
- Analyze customer needs, competitor activity and market dynamics to refine approaches.
- Track and report team metrics such as lead conversion rates and average deal size.
Required profile
- Engineering degree or at least 5 years of higher education in civil engineering, materials science, process engineering or industrial chemistry.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, negotiation and customer portfolio management.
- Ability to translate site requirements into technical concrete solutions and provide after‑sales service.
