About the role
Murex is seeking a Junior Risk Consultant to join its CS EMEA ERM team in Tunis. You will support European clients on production, upgrade, migration and implementation projects, focusing on credit risk and risk control within a globally integrated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide client support by tracking and resolving open cases.
- Participate in upgrade, migration or implementation projects as a stream member and attend client workshops when required.
- Manage defect correction and product enhancements.
- Deliver training sessions to internal teams or clients.
- Assist clients on‑site as needed.
- Contribute to internal product evolution streams.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in engineering, finance, mathematics or a related field.
- Interest in IT/software development.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent client‑facing, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel.
