About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat. You will use empathy and clear communication to turn frustration into satisfaction while working in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately.

• Represent the brand with professionalism, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer‑support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms.
