Regulatory Specialist - Animal Health

About the role

Elanco, a global animal health company, is looking for a Regulatory Specialist to join its Regulatory Affairs team. The role covers product registrations and renewals across North West Africa (mainly Tunisia, Morocco and Libya), managing the full lifecycle of registrations and ensuring 100% compliance with local regulations for the animal health portfolio. The position is based in Tunis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end registration process, including new submissions, renewals and variations, and own interactions with competent authorities in Tunisia, Morocco and Libya.
• Compile registration dossiers, arrange translations and manage sample requests in line with local regulations and the yearly registration plan.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of printed packaging, label artworks and promotional materials by reviewing and approving them according to company processes.
• Monitor and interpret changes in local regulatory requirements, update internal stakeholders and identify risks to close gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and share accurate regulatory information.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within a local or international company.
• Advanced fluency in French, English and Arabic.
• Preferred: ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks, strong interpersonal and communication skills, personal accountability, disciplined and precise approach to data and documentation.
