QA Pharmacist

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is looking for a QA Pharmacist to join its team in Sidi Thabet, Ariana, Tunisia. The company has been bringing better health to people through high-quality medicines for over 45 years, with 29 manufacturing plants and 9 R&D centres worldwide. The position is listed as full time.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Pharmaceutical Quality System.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and internal quality procedures.
• Take part in managing deviations, CAPAs, change controls and quality documentation.
• Support batch documentation review and quality-related operational activities.
• Contribute to internal audits, inspection readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Quality Control and other functions to maintain high quality standards.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy / Pharmacist degree.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• Good command of French and English.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and organisational skills.
