Recruitment Officer – Carthago Brick Division

About the role

The Carthago Brick division of Carthago Sanitaire is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Officer to lead talent acquisition activities. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the division attracts qualified candidates who match its growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for all positions within the Carthago Brick division.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using appropriate channels and tools.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Work Psychology, Labor Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to assess candidate suitability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in recruitment techniques and HR tools.
• Knowledge of Tunisian labor law and best hiring practices.
